Warranty

We provide a limited warranty for our grills and related products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.

This warranty covers functional parts that fail due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from improper assembly, misuse, overuse, accidental impact, fire, weather exposure, neglect, unauthorized modification, commercial use or normal wear and tear such as discoloration, surface rust and cosmetic scratches. Consumable items including grates, fuel, igniter batteries and disposable accessories are not covered.

Warranty service is only available to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If you believe your item has a covered defect, submit a claim through our Contact page. Our team will review your claim, and may request photos or video to assess the issue. At our discretion, we may offer replacement parts, product replacement or other appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for labor costs, removal, reinstallation, shipping charges for warranty replacements, or indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to product failure.
